Sterilization cycle is controlled by three way valve or multi port valve made of stainless steel fitted with automatic pressure control switch, safety valve, vacuum valve, water level indicator also fitted in sterilizer. The body is mounted on the tubular stand.

Portable Autoclave |

Suitable of general laboratory use as well as for field Sterilization of instruments and dressings etc. Dome shaped S.S. lid is provided which seals the autoclave with neoprene jointless gasket. The lid is tightened to the body when closed. The working pressure is 1.1 to 1.2 Kg./cm2 (15-18PSI).The lizer is made of S.S. Sheet deep drawn to cylindrical shape. The seamless construction allow no bacteria residue & free from dirt accumulation. It is equipped with dial pressure gauge 0-60 PSI, spring loaded safety valve, dead weight type safely valve and steam release valve.
The load is held in dressing drums (optional), which is supported on a stand (tripod) the autoclave is hydraulically tested at twice the working pressure as per ISI requirement. It is fitted with ISI marked heater. Supplied complete with plug & cord.

Cement Autoclave |
Cement autoclave is suitable for conducting accelerated soundless tests on cement. It provides an accelerated means of estimating delayed expansion of Portland cement caused by hydration of Calcium Oxide, Magnesium Oxide or both.
Features
- The equipment consists of a steel cylinder with a welded heated insulation.
- It is mounted on a sturdy supporting frame and enclosed in a heat insulated metal closet, which is finished in an attractive paint.
- The control unit is attached to the side of the housing enclosing a sensitive pressure regulator safety valve and pressure gauge, power switch and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating unit.
- A thermometer, wrench and a package of 5 gaskets are also included with the machine.
- The apparatus is supplied with test bar holder rack to hold complete specimens but without shrinkage bar.
- It is suitable for operation on 220 V single phase A.C.
