The outer chamber is made of thick gauge stainless steel sheet, while inner is made of 304 grade stainless steel. Lid is made of heavy stainless steel plate of S.S. 304 grade.The unit has ms chrome plated radial locking arrangement and ring for the lid. provided with built-in safety valve, pressure guage, pressure release valve. pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi ± 3 psi. supplied complete with cord, plug etc. To operate on 220 / 230 Volts, 50Hz AC supply.
- Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to work on 220 volts single phase 50 cycles.

Triple walled construction, all the three walls are made of thick high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The lid is made of stainless steel plate, grade SS-304. The unit is fitted with radial locking system with paddle lifting device, made of ms, chrome plated, fitted on ms ring, duly painted after de-greasing and rust proofing. Provided with built- in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve and water level indicator. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket, cord and plug. To work on 220/230 Volts, 50Hz AC supply.

Saturated pressure steam is used to sterilize article, for it will liberate
a great amount of heat when condensing. To make the articlaes(need
to be sterilized) hot and wet for a certain time, most esistantbacterial spores will be killed, and then sterilization aim is reached.
The method is reliable, economical, and easy to be controlled, so it
has been used for more than one hundred years.This unit is ideal equipment for clinics, scientific research institutes and other organizations to sterilize surgical instruments, fabric glassed, culture media etc.
The door opening mechanism cannot be operated until the pressure
in the chamber is reduced to 0.027MPa. It can’t be start on if the
door doesn’t close well.
The power will be cut-off automatically, cut-off the water and alarm
when the machine lacking water.
With over-pressure auto-protect device: when the pressure of the
steam reached the maximum range, they can automatically release
super-pressure.
